Highest wins. Which card?

Reveal the cards. Three of Gold and eight of Credit. Highest wins. Which card would you choose?

The eight of Credit wins. Compare ranks first. Eight is higher than three. Gold is a stronger suit, but suits only decide a tie between equal ranks.

Lowest wins. Which card?

Reveal an Ace of Cash and a four of Gold. This time, lowest wins. Choose the winning card.

The Ace of Cash wins. Ace is the lowest rank in this game. It sits below two, three and four.

Same rank. Now what?

Both cards are fives: Cash and Gold. The declaration is lowest wins. Which five takes the round?

The five of Gold wins. Equal ranks are decided by suit strength: Gold, Cash, Coins, then Credit. That order stays the same, even when lowest wins.

Where does Judge fit?

Highest wins. A Judge of Credit meets a ten of Gold. Which rank is higher?

Judge of Credit wins. From lowest to highest, the ranks are Ace, two through ten, Judge, Queen, King, and Vault. Judge sits between ten and Queen.

King or Vault?

Now reveal a King of Gold and a Vault. Highest wins. Which card takes this comparison?

Vault wins. It is the highest card, above King. If the declaration were lowest wins, the King would win this comparison instead.

Two Vaults. Who gets paid?

Two Vaults appear, and highest wins. Who gets the stash: the left player, the right player, or the bank?

The bank gets the whole stash. Watch all nine chips go back. With highest wins and two Vaults revealed, neither Vault player collects the winnings.
