One power-up in hand. Green: before bidding. Red: before reveal. Blue: after all cards are revealed. Yellow: flexible timing, with card-specific limits—Loan is only during your own turn. The examples are separate practice situations, not extra actions in your guided round.

Page 4 sets a 2-chip first-round switch minimum; page 8 shows a switch for 1. Until the creator clarifies it, the guided example uses 2 after a 2-chip opening and does not quiz a general threshold.
Page 6 guarantees mid-round Insure while Secure broadly says it cancels Insure. This lab demonstrates the specific mid-round/end-round distinction from the Insure entry.
The text does not fully settle empty-bank timing, final-score ties, insufficient-chip play outside Surge, later power-up draws while already holding one, or Loan default handling. These situations are not turned into invented game rules.
